Complete the Student Response Link by Friday, April 17, 2020. This link will assist in finalizing the graduation process and MUST be completed. Following your submission, a confirmation email will be sent to you for your records. If you have selected to attend the Graduate Ceremony on Thursday, April 23rd, you will also receive a second email with a link to record your name via NameCoach.

TWO DAYS ONLY: GRADUATION CENTRAL
The Pitt Alumni Association, in cooperation with the University Store on Fifth, will sponsor Graduation Central
Location: Alumni Hall, Connolly Ballroom
Dates: Tuesday, April 14th and Wednesday, April 15th
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
At this time, you will be able to:
- Purchase your cap and gown. If you plan to attend the campus-wide ceremony on Thursday, April 23rd, regalia is required to participate.
- Ask Academic Ceremonies and University Events questions about the campus-wide ceremonies and other general information.
- Purchase graduation related items, interact with University and Community partners, and participate in prize-winning games
- Learn how to stay engaged with your soon-to-be Alma Mater
POMP AND CIRCUMSTANCE: CAMPUS-WIDE AND INDIVIDUAL SCHOOL CEREMONY INFORMATION
The Graduate Commencement Ceremony is campus-wide and will be held on Thursday, April 23rd, 6:30 p.m., at the John M. and Gertrude E. Petersen Events Center.
Please check the Commencement Website for more information about arrival time, parking, seating and information relative to your participation.
In addition to the main ceremony, individual graduation events will occur within schools and departments. Information about these events are listed on the Commencement website.
We welcome you to attend both the campus-wide and individual school events.
